Hi All,

We currently we are in the process of completing our i-485. I would like to ask if I still need to fill-out the form i-693? We have the US Department of State Form 3025 (vaccination). I was wondering if we could just include form 3025 (vaccination) and will not fill-out the i-693.

Do we need to send the original or just a copy of form 3025?

Moreover, do we also need to fill-out the G-325A of my fiance or is it just only for me?

Thank you,

You don't have to file the medical. You'll just have to bring it to the interview.

You and your fiancé require the G325a

You mean we don't need to include the form 3025 in the packet that we need to send for I-485?

No you don't. I just received a letter prior to my interview reminding me to bring it

You can't file form i-485 if you're still fiancés, it comes after the wedding.

When you do file you send a copy of the DS-3025.

The AOS is the foreigner's application, the USC is only involved in the affidavit of support part. No g-325a from the USC.

Since you came on a K-1 your interview might be waived, so you want to send a copd of the DS-3025 already from the beginning to avoid a potential RFE. Not everyone gets an interview and therefore can't bring it.

Hi Scandi,

When you sent your packet I-485, did you included the "G-325" of your husband/wife? Since we are not sure if we need to include this on our packet.

Thank you,

Like I said, the g-325a is only for the foreigner, as it's the foreigner's application, not the US citizen's. The US citizen is only invloved in the affidavit of support part.
