Hi,

I recently got married to my 2 years fiance.

We want to start my Green card process ASAP. I've read so many different things only and so I decided to come here for some clarification on the list of documents I need to fill up.

Also I already have a legal status in the US, I work under an E-2 visa so I'll fill all the forms at once.

For now we have filled up:

- i-130

- i-130A

- i-131

- i-485

- i-765

- i-864

- g-325a for me only (does my husband need to fill one as well?)

- i-693

Is there anything else we need to fill up?

Thanks a ton for your help!

Your husband does need to do the G325a.

Read all instructions for forms carefully and make a checklist and then you can determine if you have everything.

Great, thanks everyone!

Last thing, I printed my name on the back of my pictures with a black pen... instead of pencil.

Should I redo my pictures? I don't understand the purpose of writing my name with a pencil.

Thanks,
Rachida

I believe it's pencil or felt pen just so the picture isn't damaged... pens can easily make indentations in the pic... as long as you did it lightly it should be fine.

Those all seem good. Hopefully you are submitting all supporting evidence as well. Do not forget birth certificate (I got RFE for that) and copies of most recent I-94 (since you are here already)

Also having a cover letter helps :)

All the best!
