Hi.., I need someone can help me here. AOS K1 and K2 after sent to USCIS 1 week later got K2 receipt but no for K1...!!! Already 3 weeks and still nothing

I really worried about my case. I'm not sure what's wrong with my papers? K2 sent receipt but my K1 check still not pay out and nothing happens for 3 weeks already. My case is something wrong?

Give them 30 days from the date they received your applications, within that time you should either have gotten the NOA1 or a rejection notice. If not, you should call them and ask what's happening. 

K-1: 12-22-2015 - 09-07-2016

AP: 12-20-2016 - 04-07-2017

EAD: 01-18-2017 - 05-30-2017

AOS: 12-20-2016 - 07-26-2017

ROC: 04-22-2019 - 04-22-2020
Naturalization: 05-01-2020 - 03-16-2021

U.S. passport: 03-30-2021 - 05-08-2021
