All done! His I-94 expired on the 26th and we received our letters that they accepted our package and cashed the check for filing fee and biometrics ON the 26th. FEW! Yes, a lot of people wait a while before filing for AOS but I wanted to protect his presence in the US by having it done. AH!

We are so nervous as to whether my hubby will be approved for AOS.

This is what we are nervous about...

-He has a small conviction from when he was 19 (now 27). He got arrested for being loud while drunk and spit in the jail cell. Wow, way to go Northern Irish man! They convicted him of property damage. He was given a K1 visa so we are hopeful things will be ok. We even sent in a copy of the court paperwork from Northern Ireland and a letter where he explained what happened. People at USCIS and the London Embassy all said this was nothing and should be alright.

-The poverty level for a 3 person household is 25,000. I make 40,102 so I should be ok.

I turned in tax transcripts for 2014, 2015, 2016, the W2s for those years, a copy of my last 4 paychecks, a letter from my employer stating when I started, how much I make a year, a letter from my bank showing how much direct deposits have come in from my work for the past year

-Oh, and welp... Just praying we filled it all out correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only meticulously OCD quadruple checked we had everything under the sun.

Agreed.  I know it is hard to do this, but just relax.  The system will work, sometimes quickly, and sometimes glacially, but you appear all set.

Oh, I forgot to mention about the vaccines...

he got a physical done in London...

He got his vaccines here in America. The civil surgeon filled out and sealed the I-697 or 3, god, I can't remember what it's called... he left the physical part blank. This will be ok since they have his physical on record? The doctor also said he did not need a flu shot because that deadline ended just before we made an appointment with him

You should be all set unless they either lose the results of the physical from the POE, or the process takes longer than a year.  I wouldn't worry about that unless it actually happens as it is fairly rare, but if it does, they will tell you.

Good Luck!
