Sooo...last week my status on CEAC changed to At NVC and AOS disappeared. I also got an email from NVC stating we were missing a doc but could bring to interview so they'd still go ahead and schedule us.

Now today I got another email from NVC saying they have everything they needed to process our case and that we're on the queue for an interview...

So I wonder if today is really our CC date? Any thoughts?

Doesn't super matter either way I guess it's just for my own anxiety purposes haha and also cause i want to update the spreadsheet tonight...

you actually got cc last week. it takes approximately 1 week to get the email confirmation. good luck with interview date

My CC was August 10, does anyone know how long they are taking to schedule interviews? (Ciudad Juarez, MX)

Hi!

It depends on how busy is your Embassy. It usually takes  between 3-5 weeks to schedule the interview. And it is schedule 30-60 in advance. /The NVC asks your Embassy for a schedule with free dates for interviews./.

I have CC on 7/27/2017 and still no date for interview for now :) . I think you will be in the VB September and interview October but this is only my opinion.

Good luck for sooner date ;)

Update: Today marks week #8. I called NVC this morning hoping to hear it was in review, but no news yet. I talked to a sweet lady named Joy who was very helpful but nothing yet.

I'll call again at week #9 and continue to hope for the best! I divided up the spreadsheet by region and looking at other countries in Central America there hasn't been a CC sooner than 8.57 weeks. So, I'm trying to be patient!

You will most likely get an interview date on 8/31/17. CDJ released their September interviews already so you will most likely have an interview scheduled for October. I know this is difficult but be patient.

Hang in there buddy. NVC has not scheduled interview's for October so you are still in luck. If it all works well, you will get a CC and obtain a date for October interviews.

I believe your scan date is 6/22. Mine is 6/21 and I was told two days ago it's in the review department so let's hope for the best.

That's wonderful! I hope you get a CC soon! Mine, unfortunately, is not in review yet but I'm hoping it will be in the next week or so!

Guys, I cannot stress this enough. Some people get notification that they are review while others are told they are not review, regardless of what you are told, just because you are not in review doesn't mean they have not started looking at your documents.

When I called frequently in the morning's I was always told that they have not reviewed my case yet. Later in the evening I noticed that my status changed to "AT NVC". Just keep checking your NVC status and do not rely too much on what the operator tells you.

Thanks for the information. I thought that usually the case was in review for a few days and that they knew the status. I do both. I call and check throughout the day. Regardless of whether or not I know it's in review all I really care about is having a CC and as soon as possible.
