Unfortunately, there are no one from Ukraine.

Anyway, I'm very grateful for you help!

Search dwheels spreadsheet and the VJ (visa journey) timelines. Again remind you to complete your vj timeline. This way you can help future/current filers from Ukraine. :-)

You guys I desperately need your help I'm so confused...we just got a checklist for my husband's birth certificate and police certificate...we sent in his birth certificate (the exact type they asked for) and when my husband went to ask for the police certificate he was told they can only send it directly to the embassy...what do we do?! Why did this happen?! Any chance it's a "false checklist"?!?!! 😭😭😭😭

Edit so I called them and they said it would go to supervisor review since we sent the correct birth certificate in. Does anyone have experience with supervisor review? I see some have mentioned they've had luck getting a supervisor to review while on the phone. Any tips on how to get a supervisor to look at it while on the phone? Do I simply call and ask for that or is there another way to go about it? Thanks!

Meanwhile, if you haven't done so already, you can head over to the following forum, joining others who are waiting for an interview date and preparing for their interviews. Normally the NVC should release new interview dates next week. If you do not receive an interview date next week, you'll have to wait until the end of month for when they release their October dates.  Please read the first post in the following forum, very informative info in there. See you there.

Sorry about your checklist, but just a reminder to help others, anytime nvc gives you a checklist of a document(s) you submitted correctly , from my experience, believe them, they misplaced the documents, don't ask for a further supervisor, cos it's just a waste of additional 7 weeks or more. Just resend the documents ASAP, i pray yours wld be different, but just a reminder to others.

Thanks for your reply. We will go ahead and resend the document as well. If we do both a supervisor review and resend the document will that delay the review of the new document? Or can both the processes of review of the new document by NVC staff and supervisor review happen at the same time?

Yea, resend those documents, so your scan date can reset on time, so it keeps counting, against the 7weeks for supervisor review, when next you speak to a supervisor tell them you sent it in already, i spent over 5 months with nvc cos of this mistake of further review. ✌️

So sorry. @KaurN can you please help goobies. Thanks in advance

@goobies  Yes go ahead and schedule your interview. Print out the interview confirmation page and that should suffice for you to go to the interview and  to get your medical done. You don't have to wait for your P4 letter. Make sure you bring originals of all your civil documents and copies of financial documents to the interview. I am sorry you are going through this.

2 days after my status changed on ceac just received email from NVC about case complete :) yay!

However still a couple of hiccups, ugh...

-They stated we're missing a W2 for the joint sponsor (we thought submitting the tax returns was enough), but thankfully they said we can just bring it to the interview

-We just realized we never made photocopies of the affidavit of support forms which I now see on NVCs website we must bring to the interview :S does anyone have experience with that?? I saw a couple of threads on it but they're from a long time ago...

Fill out a new affidavit of support sign it and bring it with you to the interview. Just in case they ask for it.
