Hello... My daughter is an US citizen and was about to file a petition for me my question is I still have my son at 16 yrs old (minor sibling of my daughter) with me in Philippines. Is it possible that once my petition was approved my son can travel with me as well... Or what other process should my daugther need to do.Please help me! Thanks

It's not possible for your son to immigrate with you.  When a US citizen petitions a parent, only the parent can immigrate to the US.

 

Once you have your immigrant visa, come to the US for a month to activate your green card.  File for a Re-Entry Permit.  File a petition for your son.  Once you have your Re-Entry Permit, go home for 2 years.  Once your son is about to get his visa, you come back to the US.  He gets his visa and comes to the US.

 

What I have outlined for you is the best way for you to be with your son and for both of you to get green cards.  There is no faster or better way.  This is the best.
