Pardon my ignorance just because people from Spain and Italy I have seen enter the USA with just the Spanish or Italian passport without a problem . What would be the point for applying for visa to come here ?

They still need a have had an approved ESTA application already.

VWP travelers can only stay for up to 90 days, and have no recourse to extend their stay or appeal decisions.

It's bc the US government told Canada to tighten the borders and Canada said fime we wont let felons in.

Unfortinately, a DUI is considered a felony in Canada!!!

The op won't get in Canada bc they will see the US visa rejection. It's all tracked...u got rejected nothing u can do. You won't get a visitor visa anytime soon.

I was actually watching a documentary series on Netflix the other week . It was border Control Canada (or something like that). In nearly every episode a US citizen was banned entry because they had a DUI.

Yes. They either need to obtain a visa or qualify for VWP.

yes bc those are the ones they are going to show.. i have friends with DUIS in the USA and they all got through.. like i said, a DUI is considered a felony in canada so technically they are a felon. but i would say it is hit or miss and alot of it is 'profiling' as well. haha so dress nice when u cross the border.. be polite and answer only the questions asked to you.
