They gave my husband this so u still have the have a tracking number.IMG_3054.thumb.JPG.01c910410b0bba1766d2037c33feb3dd.JPG

Thank you, I hope you get it soon! I can imagine the desperation of waiting for it to come thru. I talked to 2 different agents. One told me I couldn't change location and the second one confirmed that and added that is at the ASC but couldn't tell me anything else but that this new arrangement started a couple weeks ago. My interview confirmation email also said I was able to login and change courier location up until 7am on day of interview but logged in and didn't let me so I called and that's what they told me. You would think that since they're not really transporting the packets and it's at the same site then it should be faster.

You need to get lawyer .   So you understand all trying to figure this stuff out on your own is not easy  ,,  yes it's the DHL office I don't even know what you're talking about with this other stuff I just finished this is where I picked up so whatever you were talking about up there at the ASC office  ,,. You're supposed to have this all done before even go there and if you try to switch while you were there will delay your process massively and some parts are not even possible to switchYou're supposed to have this all done before even go there and if you try to switch while you were there will delay your process massively and some parts are not even possible to switch

I know it's done before going, I just had my appointment registered and the confirmation email had the same courier as hers and actually I'm very curious to know how this "new" system works. I was very confused too with what they said because it's contrary to what I've read and been told is supposed to be. Oh no I'm not doing this myself, I have my legal agent don't the work. According to nvc agent they just changed the way visas are to be picked up for CD Juarez. I suppose yours was scheduled awhile ago and followed previous guidelines. I'm glad to see though that there's still way to track and I guess making that location the "only" location is just even more convenient because it's close to the consulate.

It's Dhl that asc stuff is just because it's like a strip mall so it's the same address but it's a Dhl office my husband asked her.

I asked them and they said it's a Dhl office at the consulate same process though u have to have a tracking number.

I'll be following your experience to see how that works then. You are the only one I know so far that has being given the same courier location as me.

That's great news! Congrats for the turn out of your journey.

If you don't mind, could you tell us where he picked it up since you're saying it's not DHL number? Thanks in advance for any input.
