Ok maybe today then I'm calling if he did it he wouldn't do it right but yes I'm talking to an agent.

Hello there, I'm new here but came across your post and see that I have the same pick up location. FYI it is NOT a DHL office, it's the same place where your biometrics are done. Since that's the case I'm not sure how you'd get tracking info. Try asking at the ASCs info window. Curious about it I called nvc to check if I could switch location and I was told you no longer get to choose pickup and it's no longer thru DHL. Apparently this change entered in effect recently, the ASC office is open from 7-5 m-f and sat 8-3. The representative on the phone told me further instructions will be given at interview regarding packet pickup

You need to get lawyer .   So you understand all trying to figure this stuff out on your own is not easy  ,,  yes it's the DHL office I don't even know what you're talking about with this other stuff I just finished this is where I picked up so whatever you were talking about up there at the ASC office  ,,. You're supposed to have this all done before even go there and if you try to switch while you were there will delay your process massively and some parts are not even possible to switchYou're supposed to have this all done before even go there and if you try to switch while you were there will delay your process massively and some parts are not even possible to switch
