Congrats!

Assuming your spouse has lived in the US for the at least 5 years (with >=2 years after reaching age 14), the child will be eligible for citizenship. Just request a CRBA:

https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/abroad/events-and-records/birth.html

It's possible they will ask for a DNA test...that tends to vary heavily from embassy to embassy. I wouldn't expect it at most, but just be aware that it could be requested and it's not an assumption of any kind of funny business going on on (they just needs records on file).

You should also bring a copy of the birth certificate for the child to the interview.

Op, your baby is most likely a US citizen and won't need a visa, but a US passport to travel

Thanks Guys for the reply

2 questions

1. CRBA is giving us appointment for next month, so what should i give them at the time of interview regarding the baby documents since my interview is in this month of june?!

2. I heard I have to file ds-260 separately for the baby and also my husband need to file 1-864 for the baby as well .Is that true !?!

I was thinking I should go to interview and let them know about the baby and inform them that CRBA gave me appointment for next month. what you guys think !?! is it a good move !?!

CRBA for the baby, and no baby don't need any i864. CRBA  is easy, just make sure let your spouse bring all the tax documents from the last 5 years to prove that he stay in US for that amount of time( my friend do CRBA  for the child, and that the CO asked for).
