So the Paris agreement is a non binding, draconian,  symbol that is getting other nations to laugh behind our back while taking $7000 out if our pockets ?   That my friend is one powerful symbol!

You missed the point, industry leaders see the competitive value in the green wave and have already built out their business plan to take advantage of it.  They are miles ahead of the Trump administration on this one.
