Reaffirmed I130 petition was denied

Hi everyone,  my wife's I130 petition was denied in 2012 after waiting 4 years the petition was affirmed and she had her second interview at the embassy may 2017. what happens next? Do I have to appeal again? Thank you for all the help!

The first time it just say it wasn't real merege. We submitted affidavits from friends and family from both sides. Submitted more pics and call logs as well. We also sent letter explaining the circumstances of the marrage( like how we meet, date, marry, life after marrage etc.) and the lawyer wrote a memo the ground used to base their decision was invalid. Submitted everything April 2016 and reaffirmed march 2017. Had interview may 2017 and was denied because we didn't post our weeding pics on Facebook and I wasn't able to go vist her back home because of my sick mom. Even though we talk everyday. The interviewer said it's not good enough so he denied he visa.

What is the next. Appreciate all the reply

needed wedding pics on Facebook? that is a bit of a petty thing to be denied for.

 

as boiler said you need to show you are a couple and not just pen pals. how much time were you two physically in the same place? how often do you visit? are they vacations or do you two go about normal routines?

 

you may want to consider moving there until she gets her visa if they are concerned it is not a real relationship.

Yeah, the facebook reason sounds really harsh. I agree that the OP needs to focus more effort on physical time together, even if it means moving there for a few months.

We know each other since we were kids. We reunited in 2008 where i stayed for 2 month with her. Got married 2012 stayed for 3weeks. 

 

Does anyone know the process. What happens next? Thank you for your responses

But you haven't been together in-person since 2012? If so, this is likely the cause of your issues.
