Hi there, can anyone help me out with a bit of information please. I sent in my I-601 form complete on 4th May last month and the USCIS said that on the 16th May it was sent off to the California offices for processing. Now today I checked up on my case status and it says my forms where transferred to another USCIS office for processing and that they now have jurisdiction over my case. Does anyone know why this would have happened? Could it be that the California office is too busy? Please let me know if anyone has any input about this. Many thanks.
