Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Colombia

My wife entered the country in December of 2015 on a k1, we married that year. We filed her adjustment of status shortly there after, and she gotten her green green card.  We were able to bring my step son in on his k2 visa. We were able to extend his k2 beyond the original year, and he entered the country in April of this year. Now I need to file for his Adjustment of Status.

As I understand it, the fee for this is now $1,140 and I'm putting together a package of forms. The guide seems pretty clear, but my question is about what kind of evidence I need to include with the package. This is currently my inventory of evidence:

  1. A copy of his birth certificate and the translation
  2. A copy of his passport, his visa page
  3. A copy of our marriage certificate
  4. A copy of her green card (front and back)
  5. A copy of my passport

Anyone care to comment on what else might be needed?

Tony
