does anyone know how to reschedule an infopass without their confirmation number/pin?

my laptop overheated and turned itself off at the most inconvient time EVER!

the infopass pdf says there is a way to reprint the letter however I can't find how this is done. I tried calling USCIS just now however they were of no help.

Any suggestions would be good. Thanks.

"So they met on Tuesday at the town hall steps

To get an eight by ten photo and a wedding date set

We might as well do it next week

'cause we've met everybody that we're ever gonna meet

He's dad is a nut, he's ex-girl is a #######

But he'll be yours forever if you just get it together.

If we can't get it together, if we can't get it together

Is it ever gonna be just you and me?"

I was trying to do it one time, and it does not work without the confirmation number! There's no way to do it, I'm afraid, and the system would not let you schedule another appointment with an appointment pending. The "good" part is that there is no penalty for not showing up. I just scheduled a new appointment under maiden name.

You can go to your local office on the 91st day from receipt by USCIS.

You can go to your local office on the 91st day from receipt by USCIS. Make appointment ahead of time though, sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment -- depends on location.

You make your appointment online: https://infopass.uscis.gov/info_en.php

People at the 800 line cannot schedule an appointment for you.

Once you go to the link, the web site will tell you which office you should go to based on your ZIP code. Very simple.
