K1 visa holder: Need direction to get SSN

We are getting marry on August 26. My fiancee got her K1 visa approved and will arrive US on July 31. I live in Michigan but we are getting marry in Texas and she has to fly to Texas and stay there to prepare our wedding. Can she apply for SSN while she in Texas before the wedding or she have to apply SSN in Michigan? People mentioned to bring I-94 but I don't see it or have it. Where can I find it?

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/ Pull that up and print it out after she arrives. If her record is not there, she'll need to go to a CBP site and get it fixed. Follows the VJ guides regarding an SSN. If she's in the database you should be able to obtain the SSN even before marriage. Get it as soon as possible, as it will be helpful in the long term.

Thank you! Can she apply and go to office for SSN while she temporary stay in Texas?

That I don't know... but generally I should think you'd want to get the SSN from an office around where you guys will actually be residing. It just makes better sense to me.
