You can always try to create a new account using the URL below however since you don't have an 'Account Acceptance Notice' this may not work - you could always call the USCIS 1-800 customer service number and see if they can help with this now that you have a LIN reference number.

Just an update to confirm the information Texaco5 provided before my case status never really updated on their website and I never got any email/text message so I guess Nebraska Service Center really never sends any confirmation other than the payment confirmation. Today I received the letter scheduling my biometrics appointment a month from now. I will try to do an early walk-in because I live on an island and depend on getting on a C-130  flight to Anchorage. Thanks for all the valuable information you gave me before.
