NVC Checklist

Hello All,

 

I received a check list for NVC documents.

 

Question is do i have to send all of it? 

For example 

Evidence of income - Which is pay stub i believe? 

W2 - I have them.

IRS Tax transcript - I have them as well

Federal income tax returns - isn't this already included in transcript? 

Social security statement  -> Do i have to include this if i'm including all the above already?

Proof of asset -> such as?

It depends on which AOS you feel, if you go to the page for the NVC AOS you will find a table with the description of every item..

It seems like i have to do a Form I-864EZ

I didn't use an sponsor, I make way more than the minimum that ask for, I am not self employed, I did the easiest one, I think it is that one the 864EZ, I hope I won't get CC, I put everything in one envelope in the same order they ask on the check list!!!
