Maybe by this time he has found out where is his visa, if not, click on the tracking number and that will open up another page with the courier info.

If you go to this page

https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-mx/iv/users/sign_in

can you get in with an email and password?

If you can, you'll see the name, passport number, case number and the status. Under status, you should see a tracking number or something else. This is where you see no tracking number?

If it says "issued", most likely the visa has been printed, but not sent out, so it's not ready for pick up yet. It can change anytime, check which DHL location was selected and their schedule. Sometimes the info changes late in the afternoon, with just minutes before the DHL closes.

Buenas tardes

Por favor si es posible les agradezco que me orientaran sobre las formas que debemos llenas para solicitar el ajuste de status.  Mi esposo vino con una visa k1 y ya nos casamos hace un año.

Si tienen algunas notas del proceso que me puedan postear.  Muchas gracias!

Ah thanks, I've seen so many conflicting things on this, better safe to have it than not at the end of the day.
