Update on my timeline.

 

Received a Notice to Applicant dated 06/21/17 in relation to "a completed and signed I-693 was not submitted."

 

It reads:

Notice to Applicant:

An initial review of evidence submitted with your Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status determined that Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination & Vaccination Record, has not been submitted or has been submitted and is not sufficient for the following reasons:

A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted.

You will be required to submit a valid, completed, and signed Form I-693 at a later date. Please follow these instructions:

- If you receive an interview notice in the mail, you must bring your updated form I-693 to your interview appointment.

- If your case does not require an interview, you will receive a Request for Evidence for Form I-693 with instructions on where to send Form I-693.

DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME. Mailing documents before receiving one of the notices referenced above may result in a delay of your case.

My wife did a walk-in today and was told that she needed to bring her Marriage Certificate   , not sure why since on the notice letter says to only bring that same letter and a goverment ID  or passport and she brought both ... 

 

Good thing the USCIS office is 10 mins away from her work.

 

Here's our timeline:

06/06/17 - Sent package to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

06/07/17 - Package received and signed by a J C at USCIS  ** Priority date **

06/13/17 - Received 4 emails for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765

06/14/17 - Checks cashed

06/19/17 - Received 4x I-797C NOA

06/23/17 - Received Biometrics Appointment letter

Hi guys! Did anyone send a copy of their approved I-129F application in its entirety, or just the NOA2 approval notice? I am second guessing whether or not it's necessary.

As far as I understand we are no longer required to file G 325 with I-130 and I-485. I am currently preparing the package for my parents.
