Hello everyone, I was supposed to file the AOS package in May but procrastination got the best of me and well, here I am , just finished putting together the whole package which includes: 

*G-1145 
*Cover Letter 
*I-130 & I-130A, along with all the supporting documents 
*I-485 along with the I-693, form G325A and form I-864 
*I-765 

I won't be submitting a I-131 since my wife doesn't have a emergency need to go back to her country. 

We're just waiting for the lab results to have form I-693 complete and then we'll be mailing the complete AOS package this Friday 6/2/2017. 

Feel free to comment and paste your case, I'll be updating the thread as things move along.

Hey!! My husband and I were supposed to file in May as well, but procrastination took over. We mailed it off on the 27th and they got it on today. We decided to do the travel AP so he can go back to visit family. We really want them to hurry with the work permit so he can start working. He is tired of sitting in the house all day plus, it would be great to have some extra income in the house . 😀

Hello everyone.  

As of today, it would be 7 days since USCIS Chicago Field Office received our Concurrent Filing package.  No email/sms notifications since then. :(

 

Hoping for good news in the coming days.  Really looking forward to hearing from them. *fingers crossed*

We sent our I-130, I- 485 ans I-765 to the Chicago Lockbox. We sent it end of May so I guess we're a June filer now!

05/31/17 - Package received and signed by a J C at USCIS

06/06/17 - Received text messages and email for I-130, I-485 and I-765

06/08/17 - Checks shown as cashed

I received emails and texts last night at 12:30 saying they accepted the application. Also the checks were cashed last night. It took exactly one week after they received the package to reply.
