Did I say YOU said it? I did not though if you'd like me to point out something you did say and I quote from the 1st page: ''Of course then there are the sexual assault cases , proven'' I said scroll through the previous pages and you'll find it repeated (I can also find those for you too). ''Several of you''... is not myself in this matter. I clarified for you the actual cases against both men against the false narrative hyperbole or people who have trouble remembering or deciding what is an accusation rather than a case. If you are under the impression that there were sexual assault cases brought against Clinton (cases a plural word here and cases being something brought in a court of law and not the important word here that continues to elude some - accusation) which you believe were proven (something also done in a court of law, which was not) then you are mistaken.

 

Yes a dropped lawsuit on the condition she do so under the terms of settlement. And yet it's the pervasive thought among some individuals in this thread that Clinton has settled multiple sex suits against him, that the single suit he settled is an admittance of guilt (it wasn't and the case she brought against him had been dismissed), and that he is a rapist (an accusation only, no suit case or charges were ever filed) akin to the ladies who have also accused Trump of doing the very same but not brought cases against him.

I get it, she didn't not file a complaint, but you have to admit that a person in a powerful position having a sexual relationship with an underling borders on sexual harassment.

If the woman does not want the sexual advances then yes, or is not egging on such advances, I'd be happy to say it was sexual harassment. But by her own admission, she says it was a stupid affair, mutual, and something she regrets. Imagine a lot of dumb chicks are into affairs with powerful men, afterall who cares about their wives or kids or what will happen afterwards as long as they feel 'special'. I'm fairly sure there's a WH policy against sexual harassment (who knows what it was like at the time), but since she says it was a mutual thing.. well. Even dating in the normal workplace is a controversial subject but plenty of persons engage in it. Affair happen all the time, and have happened ever since our government has been set up. Scandal for sure and makes a raging hypocrite the lot of them.

I know if I had an affair with someone reporting to me, or someone I reported to, I or they would be gone in a heartbeat if it was found out, consensual or not and it has been like that for a lot of years.  The person of power is supposed to be more responsible and not succumb to base human frailties.

In the military or in most Civlian companies if a the most senior person in the company, got sexual favors from the most junior , decades younger than them in their office their careers life would be over.  In the military they would be court martialed. 

 

I can't believe any women who backs the feminist movement would try to defend this.

So do you think she would have done it if he had been Bill the white house cook and was that much older than her.  No he abused his power and it has been proven he is a sexual predator.
