Nobody defended Duterte, but some folks here raise a glass to how he manages his country and love it when Trump praises him, thinks it great when he slammed president Obama and admire how he manages women,  from across the ocean.  Putin and Duterte , we loves our 5 foot 6 giants tyrants on this site, more than our fellow countrymen (and women).

Chelsea cannot issue an opinion and call our a dictator's unsavory comment, because of alleged acts of her father, when she was a child;

but,

Ivan-kah can go around praising her father for his support of women, while he confessed to, promotes, and condones, assaulting women sexually.

Gotta understand, when someone talks about blowing the White House up, they aren't serious, but when someone says a bunch of locker room talk in private, without any proof of actually doing these things, suddenly they're completely telling the truth, and as such are promoter of sexual assault, a rapist, misogynist, and whatever other embellishments the left can make of it.

 

When Trump makes jokes, we're prudes who are offended, because we don't ever talk like this in private, we're civilized people.. but when we wear female genitals on our heads in protest of Trump, comparing him to Hitler, and holding up a mock beheaded Trump mug, we're being tolerant.

 

The left are a walking stand-up act. Watching people try so hard to BS themselves is the punchline.

I am gonna keep it simple. we didnt defend Dutertte . Clinton settled a sexual assault case, Trump did not. even when i stick to the facts and keep it simple.. Its like Red robin yellow. See the red robin, why did you say its yellow..

probably doesn't help that they think duerte is the bee's knees. i had no idea that speaking out against rape is only something you can do if no one in your immediate family has ever settled a sexual assault case out of court. something tells me that's a straw house, not a glass one.

Somebody can "let you" do something without it being consensual.

 

If you rob someone at gun point, they let you take their money. It's typically not consensual.

I don't disagree, but my response was to the idea that Trump made some locker room talk that was inappropriate in other settings, but as far as I know has not acted on it.  Bill and Monica engaged in an affair in the Oval Office, but we are told that is ok since Monica said it was consensual.  The point being that Trump is bad for "talk" yet Bill is fine since his partner acquiesced.
