I am a filipina and my fiance is from ca. usa.

1. My fiance is working two 40 hour job every week(day/night). Both are not permanent. In regards to his night job, he is still currently working in there for 2 months and hopefully will become permanent but the thing is the day job only lasted for like 3 weeks. Do we still need to include this day job in my fiance's WORK HISTORY? .

2. In regards to I-134 form(((assuming we already sent our packet and got NOA2 approval))), what are the supporting documents need in this form? would pay checks/pay stubs and w2 would do?

3. Since my fiance is not yet permanent in his job(night job) and earned roughly $620 a week, would this affect our application to be denied?

4. He's still in search for a day job again, and if get hired, would this help with our application?

Thank you so much

1. Hours have nothing to do with income, just pay. As long as your fiance meets the minimum requirement of 125% of the poverty line, you're good. Yes, when asked, you must include their work history.

2.

As the sponsor, you must show you have sufficient income or financial resources to assure that the foreign national you are sponsoring will not become a public charge while in the United States. Evidence should consist of copies of any of the documents listed below that apply to your situation. Failure to provide evidence of sufficient income or financial resources may result in the denial of the foreign national’s application for a visa or his or her removal from the United States. Submit in duplicate evidence of income and resources, as appropriate:

A. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details regarding the account:

(1) Date account opened; (2) Total amount deposited for the past year; and (3) Present balance.

B. Statement(s) from your employer on business stationery showing:

(1) Date and nature of employment; (2) Salary paid; and (3) Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

C. If self-employed:

(1) Copy of last income tax return filed; or (2) Report of commercial rating concern. D. List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).

3. No. Current income should be all that matters.

4. Doesn't matter, as long as he can show he hits the annual 125%, he's good.

Hey, great help. Just wanted to clarify, the requirement for the I-134 is 100% for K-1 visa applicants. The 125% is for other immigrant petitions as well as during the Adjustment of Status (for K-1ers). Take a look at the I-864p. It doesn't quite apply to the K-1 the same way it does for spousal visa.

Generally, yup. There are a few embassies that go by the 125% requirement for the I-134. Most don't, though. :)

Yup, the I-134 is only needed at the interview.

The I-134 and supporting evidences being sent with the I-129F would then be too old by the time the interview comes around.
