How long did you wait to talk to a supervisor? My scan date was 04/03/17... I wonder if we got the same person reviewing our stuff.... at least you got a check list. Someone paid attention to it :)

if you havent heard anything then give them a call today. it takes upto 30 mins.

you already reached 11 weeks.

Ya could be same annoying person reviewing our case and sad part it gave me a checklist.

I called and same old thing, It can take up to 6 weeks for a supervisor to review and spoke to a supervisor and said I can only expedite if there's a serious medical reason why. One week in 5 more to go

SabRob, @Ulrica&Jesse

That was @ynes . Their scan date was 4/10/2017.. Ynes realized that their police report was about to expire so they sent in another one before the NVC reviewed their file.. The NVC confirmed receipt of the replacement report on 5/15/2017.. But it's as if they never had a 2nd scan date because they got their CC within 9 weeks of 4/10/2017...  Telling you this because I don't want you to have false encouragement.. Hopefully you'll have yours in 2 weeks time.. 8 weeks is pretty much the earliest you can get a CC with 9 weeks still being the average..

Hi I would say try try and try. best time is to call in offbeat hours like early morning or late evening. thats the time when they are less busy and tries to give more info.

this is just my personal experience.
