I think I've already addressed this for @NihalV on PM. @JBMG, you are right. You only need one PCC per country, if needed (based on length of your stay in that COUNTRY). What I'm not sure about is in what city would you get PCC appointment. That is the part that OP would need to address by contacting passport service help desk.

Yes it one per country. I believe you have to get it from the city you are currently living in. If you have lived in your current city for 2 or more years then that should be good. Just take an appointment online from Passport service and follow the steps. However its best to call and confirm all the details as @Tanish mentioned.

Hi Jonuts, Yes, most def call back and get your Case Number and Invoice number.

With your Case Number and Invoice number, you can complete your ds261..

go online, fill it out, then call NVC to review/accept.

Hello, guys. I'm a new member here.

My third scan date is 14th April. Just called today. They probably still cannot accept my husband's PCC from Indian. Because he is an Indian passport holder and we live in Taiwan. There is no embassy , high commission or consulor here. We only have Indian association here and they have the function as an embassy. But NVC doesn't take it. Does anyone have the similar situation and could you guys give us some suggestions.

Many thanks!

That's great news. You can schedule appointment while you're visiting family. It takes hardly 7-8 mins of processing and some time for waiting for your number to be called. I reckon maximum 1 Hr.
