July 11th - 8 AM New Delhi

My CC date- 22nd May

As per my research on numerous cases on VJ, it takes up to 2 weeks to receive email confirmation. On an average you should expect it in 7-9 days.

Once you receive your P4 letter in email, you should start making preparations for interview travel. Meanwhile you can create your profile with your passport number and email address at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/. You don't need to wait for P4 letter to create the profile, but you should wait before you book OFC appointment (biometrics).

Already done all these and have an appointment also for end of June at the visa application center. Appointment can be rescheduled.

Is the OFC appointment country specific ? Our p4 says nothing about that.

Yes, I see we also have similar time frame from NOA1 to NOA2 and Interview.

I'm not sure if the word OFC is country specific, but it is basically biometric appointment where you have to schedule an appointment at least a day before your interview to give your biometrics like fingerprints, iris scan (not exactly positive about this) and photo. Other countries may have different rules for this.

Hello!! Great News!! Interview dates are getting scheduled.  Congrats to those of you have had a recent CC. If you already have your interview date. Please update the spreadsheet with the day you received your notification and the day of your interview.

Just an advice if this applies to your case. To reduce the travelling time, I scheduled my OFC appointment just a day before my interview appointment that way I can go to Mumbai and come back in one turn. You can plan in a similar fashion and also plan to pick up your reports while going for OFC appointment.

Is it only in Mumbai Delhi chennai or Kolkata that you can schedule biometrics??
