Best of luck to everyone waiting for an interview and for their visas! Husband arrived yesterday! POE was no big deal at all-no hassle...his biggest issue was the airline ruining one of his bags and flight delays. Excited to finally start our lives living together! Thanks again to everyone on here-will continue to follow and help out if we can.

Congratulations!

Hi Mojk, I believe our interview is a week before than you guys. Will share when done IA (Different visa category though). Btw, did you guys register the appointment on US travel docs website, I couldn't find a way to do that on thw  website. Also, I heard there is some fee to be paid at the embassy, are you aware how much is it and how is it to be paid? Is this fee payment after or before the interview process? Thnx

Yes please let me know how your interview goes Inshallah it will be fine :) and no we did not register our appointment , we called the embassy they said we do not need to register anything just come on the day of appointment. Also, the fee you're talking about is the GC fee and i believe you have to pay if after the interview and before you enter US. I dont know how much is it though

What does this mean?

"Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center."

Did you have a job offer letter with you? How did the interview go? Could you please share what they asked you? I have my EB3 interview soon and I'm anxious!

Thanks!

The only thing, that I didn't have was affidavit of support, which is rarely needed in this type of cases.  But they asked for it. So I called my lawyer and she was shocked.  questions, were mostly about the job and nothing more.

I never got a CC. I got an expedite and this is what the status on CEAC says. Do you know what it means?

Hi guys, once your case is closed you have to wait for your interview date,  then once you have that then you can schedule your medical because you need to give them your interview date and also a reference number from the P4 letter, which I believe for most people emailed to you. The biggest thing I would say is while you are waiting for your interview date, start getting passport photos done for your medical and get as much info on your vaccinations as you can or even get them taken care of now if you are missing any and get them recorded to take with you.

Thank you!! :)
