I too do not know a whole lot on expedites, but from what I have read once; your case will be transferred to your consulate. You will need to contact your consulate and schedule an interview with them. Gather all the documents for the interview, as well as preform your medical prior to the interview.

I do hope someone with more experience on this can assist you further. Congratulations on your expedite and soon to be interview.

Yes that was odd I called again guys!! And then they said there is none interview yet??? Really, then she look up then said maybe you should speak with the supervisor. Then the line disconnect, then supervisor called back , apologize for the inconvenience and said that was wrong information. To keep waiting for the date !

Brazil was having this issue last month too.  A similar thing happened to us, but then it ended up getting reschedule a week later for the same original date.  They said it was do to issues with a new system, I thought they would have fixed it by now.  Hope you get a real date soon!

Thank you so much.

Aramex is the courier service for the US Embassy in Cairo. So I believe this company is specific to Egypt or this region in general.

We registered with Aramex through UStraveldocs that was listed in the instruction list for our consulate. We were able to print it off after going through all the steps.

I believe your consulate is sarajevo, right? https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/SAR - Sarajevo.pdf - this is the pre-interview instruction list, follow it and will guide you how to register your appointment for your courier.  When you click on register on this link above, it will take you to another link; be sure to save this link so you can go back to it at any time.

I hope this helps and good luck. :)

Oh thank you for your time to find that, that's very nice ❤️

i already registered My appointment, and I found confirmation at that site.. thanks 🙃

I called today again they said to wait the email with the date . And they don't know how many spot left still available to Brazil. Also they don't have access to more information!

I am also waiting for an interview date at RDJ. My CC was a month ago and I never thought it would take this long to get an interview date. I also called NVC yesterday and the rep. told me that at this point of the month all interviews have been scheduled and that I should call back in the first of the month. He said that Embassies send out their schedule in the beginning of each month. I am not sure how accurate this is ... Did you see anyone get a July interview at RDJ? I haven't seen any so far!

How long does it usually take to get tax transcripts?

You can download your tax transcript directly from the IRS site, you just need to set up an account and they will send a verification code to your cell phone.

What happens after your case gets approved for expedite?

At NVC there are two types of expedites and whether you are granted an expedite is determined by the embassy, not NVC.  The first type of expedite is where the embassy agrees to take the entire case from NVC.  In effect, you are eliminating the up to 11 week processing time.   The second type of expedite is an interview expedite which is what I was granted.   In this type of expedite, NVC completes it usually processing of the case, up to 11 weeks.  After the case is complete at NVC, NVC does not schedule the interview but sends the file directly to the embassy.  The embassy schedule the interview.  It should be noted that the process of sending the file is not the sending of a physical file but the file is sent electronically.   There are many expedites granted and in my case it took 2 weeks from case complete for NVC to send the documents to the embassy.  However, once the embassy received the documents it took two days for them to schedule the interview and our interview was scheduled for one week later.
