Yup it looks like we’re going to have interview dates for the first week of August. NVC has to now wait on a list of available interview dates for the month of August from our Embassy/Consulate. They should get it towards the end of this month

It sucks. Really thought we made it in time for July but looks like we have to continue to wait...ughhhh

Yes, unfortunately it takes UPTO 11 weeks.....

Hey guys,

 

Any idea what specific tab/page this is referring to for the DS260 area in ceac? It has many tabs and I'm not sure which one to print:

01/2016: Petition filed for my visa
02/2016: USCIS confirmed receiving our file/petition on 1st Feb.
04/2016: I-130 Approval email received from DHS towards early May, our case was approved end of April. 
03/2017: Paid AoS and IV Bill
03/2017: Sent AoS and IV Packages via mail.
04/2017: 5th day of April, NVC received package. Can take up to 11 weeks for CC according to nvc.

06/2017: 6th day of June, Case Completed - confirmed via phone

07/2017: Interviewed end of July 2017.

>> Passport with Visa received the next day of interview 

8/2017: POE via JFK


05/2020: N400 Filed

06/2021: Biometrics taken

02/2022: Interview Scheduled (Yes, after 22 months -.- )

I don't see a 'print confirmation' button when on the ds260 page. I jsut see the form with editable fields and a list of pages for the form on the left side. Could you tell me the pages/tabs names I need to navigate to when I login on the main ceac page?

there are 3 tabs when you go to the IV application page: Complete, Review and Sign. Go to the Sign page and then click on Print Confirmation.

They are the 3 red tabs just below the US Department of State, CEAC thingie.

I am sure you cannot pay before interview anyway, as the decision to approve is only made at interview! Once approve you can visit the link below with the information on you passport to register.. All the best :)
