Your husband's visa shall be approved tomorrow IJN (amen). How long did it take NVC to schedule your husband's visa interview with the Lagos consulate after case complete?

Thank you. My husband's case was complete on April 19th. We received his interview date on May 3rd I believe. 😊

Anyone have any experience with NOT getting the medical done before the interview? Our interview is July 18th. June is booked solid for medical and we have scheduled the only available time slot in July (the 6th) before the interview  but it is litterally the worst timing and will cost us something like 1k of expenses. We are trying to get a new slot at the only other location which is 4 hours away so not that big of a deal if we can get that. 

Is it possible to do the medical after the interview? I know you dont get the visa until they have the medical documents. Can it be done in another country if the need is there? Any other option will save us a lot of money.

From what I understand, they ask for the sealed medical report at interview. But you can email the embassy and explain your situation. maybe they can make an exception for you.

Visa approved!! In and out of the consulate in about an hour. I never want to go through that again. So relieved it's all over
