@JBMG, many thanks for the reminders and updates! unfortunately our case has moved back to "submit requested documents".  Called NVC but was told we cannot bring the PC to the interview, have to send in a copy first, the rep refused to pass me on to a supervisor, kept saying I would get the same answer anyways...  Anyways, our expedite request I submitted some time ago (already established a home and kid starts school in mid Aug) was not approved.   My kid will miss the start of the school anyways so we figure might as well wait till next semester...

so i called nvc 2 times again tonight the lat person i spoke to is now saying i am missing the certificate of character last night it was finger prints now its something else i am 200% sure i sent my certificate of character in my lawyer has an actual copy of my packet that was sent in so now nvc is having my inquery sent to a sup. which can take up to 6 weeks this is pure crappppp

police certificate.  yes i need to submit it before the give me a CC (again). i didn't think they would give someone a CC then cancel it.  when i saw status "at NVC" with AOS disappeared I did call to confirm.  A few days later just thought I check then it was back to "submit requested doc"....

well i am having the simliar issue i am positive sure i sent in my pc and they are saying i need to send one it its rediculous

were you able to speak to a supervisor?  i didn't get a nice rep, she pretty much said there is nothing I can do except sending it in. the supervisor will say the same thing so don't bother trying again.

 

so frustrated.

Hi, so sorry to hear about this.. Did they lose your PC, send in the wrong version, or missing one from a place you lived for over 6 months?
