The purpose of the employment letter is to demonstrate stable, ongoing employment.. so a letter from  your current employer is needed. Also, 3 to 6 most recent paystubs.,

But i just started a week ago?

By the time it gets to that stage, you would have been employed maybe at least 6 months.

I don't think that an employment letter is a requirement but I would say wait until the I-130 has been approved.

Send as many as you have.. even considering waoting a bit to submit the AOS so you have a few more...,  Depending on the NVC review, you may be asked to get a joint sponsor ...use the additional coments section to explain that you have just started a new job... if you were with your previous employer for a good amount of time, then mention that the new job is after xxx years in the previous job.  If you were there only for a short time, dont mentin that.

Im planning to get a joint sponsor. Do i have to wait for them to request that? I know my income is not enough. I already know that im gonna have to get a joint sponsor. Thank you so much for reply. Its really helpful.
