How many chat items required for K1 visa

I am planning to apply for my girl friend for K1 visa. We have been in relationship for 4 years and met in last Dec. 2016. I hired an attorney to work on her case. She suggested me to get skype call log. Since we always do video chat on Skype for free, it does not track any record for free call. I recently downloaded SkypeLogView app which shows history of one year worth. But some of the call duration is missing. It's just showing incoming and outgoing calls between us. Would it be fine? I am also gathering some other evidences such as some facebook posts, money transfer receipts, some emails, pictures of us together taken last year,  flight tickets, hotel booking receipts, etc. Should it be enough to show enough evidence that our relation is bona fide. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am really worried.concerned.

Although there is no "magic number" of chat logs or pictures to present, chat logs and pictures are only secondary evidence.

You primary evidence of a bona fide relationship will be you and your fiance's passport stamps and corresponding airlines tickets and hotel reservations.

One of the biggest factors that affects thescrutiny of your K1 Visa petition, will be your foreign fiance's country.  Canada is a low immigration country and is less stringent vs. a country such as Nigeria, which immigration fraud is higher.

Please fill out your timeline and mention which country your foreign fiance is from, so the members of VJ can give you better information.

"Primary evidence of meeting at least once within the past 2 years"* (which is the requirement for the I-129F). The evidence of a bona fide relationship will come into play for the actual interview. I'm not sure where the OP is in within the process.

 

 

As noted, there is no fixed number of photos/chat logs/etc. A lot of it will depend on what embassy you are going through, what other evidences you have, and your individual circumstances (i.e. any red flags that need to be overcome).

 

Money transfers won't act as evidence of meeting or a relationship.

Hi Guys,

 

Thank you so much for your reply. My fiance in from India but currently working in Dubai. We met on Dec., 2016 in India and we do have passport stamps. None of us have any criminal backgrounds or anything to be concerned. We have all hotel reservations receipts, flight tickets, etc to prove that we met in past 2 years. I will fill out my timeline here upon initiation of the process by end of June.
