I am a British citizen in the process of the k1 visa to move to America to be with my fiance who is an American citizen from birth. We sent the form on the 13th of May and it was received 16th of May. Sadly he has recently lost his job due to complications between him and his boss through no fault of his own. He is looking for a job currently. This happened around a week and a half ago now. We have tried looking for a number or way to update them but can only find address changes options. It shouldn't be top much longer till he finds another job. But what should we do in this situation? And will this effect our visa?

Thank you.

You would only notify them at the interview phase about this when he supplies the I-134 and documentation.

USCIS doesn't care if he is unemployed and never worked a day his life. The embassy and the CO though do and they are the ones who review the i-134 and support documents to see if he can support you without you becoming a public charge.
