It was against the backdrop of the post Vietnam trauma as well which seemed, at least in my memory, amplified as a backdrop, am amplified the crisis in our system with Watergate. I have to say, though, I think you compare the two that Watergate pales really in my view compared to what we're confronting now," Clapper said.

They are already walking back the whole 'obstruction of justice' claim.  So we will have testimony by a questionable figure that already lied to Congress and the media is treating it like a Super Bowl event.  Yes, this is Geraldo all over again.

What we don't know-what's in them or if they're copies or if they're classified. That's it.

Comey has implicated Abedin, but hasn't mentioned her by name. FBI doesn't go out and talk about ongoing investigations ever.
