Please can Anyone help me on this doubt ?

From what I understand, the G325 still needs to be sent with the I-485. But the I-130 no longer requires the G325 and instead, the I-130A has replaced it. There is a member who got a RFE requesting the I-130A. I also did not send in the I-130A so I am sending it now just in case. All I do know is the I-130A is absolutely necessary for the I-130.

Became a citizen 6/2024. Now filing for my mother.

I was confused at first too about the two forms G-325 and I-130A, they are both for bio information, I learnt here in this forum that the old I-130 form had only two pages but the new version has more because it includes more bio information which used to be on form G-325...

So I don't think G-325 is necessary any more, but to be on a safe side you can include both forms, i doubt if that will be an issue...

Best of luck....
