I scheduled an info pass appointment on June 8th as my 1 year GC extension letter is going to expire soon, so I need a stamp on my passport. I751 still pending.

I also filed N400 on May 24th, two  days later, they scheduled my biometrics, have not received the letter yet, so not sure about the exact date. I am planning on asking to have my biometrics done while I am there getting my passport stamp... has someone else done that before?

Should I give them my GC?

AOS Filing progress:

Package Filed: Dec 16

USCIS Receipt Update: Dec 18

Bio Appointment : Jan 16

RFE Receipt: Jan 23

RFE USCIS Receipt: Jan 28

EAD Approved: Feb 23

EAD on hand: Feb 28

Interview Notice Received: June 10

Interview Scheduled: Aug 10

That sounds like a good plan.  Chances are they will give you the stamp if you ask nicely.....I would not say anything about this to anyone but the person doing your biometrics.

Since the I-751 is so delayed, we went ahead and filed a N-400 online a week ago. Got an update on the petition saying it will take 13 months for approval of the Citizenship application. Office is NYC I suppose. Is this correct??

According to USCIS processing times NYC office is taking 10.5-17 months for N400 approvals so i'd say that's fairly accurate https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

Mine too, i just checked.. same update x 2, one for Feb 24 and one for Feb 26, both saying the same thing.. i guess it was transferred to my local office.. but no notice received in the mail that it was transferred or whatsoever.. so, did y'all receive a notice in the mail that your case was transferred.. if so, then i guess i have to make a case inquiry since i haven't received mine??

I made an inquiry since I didn't receive anything in the mail as this notice said. Got an email saying they are still reviewing the case and no updates. They are experiencing a longer processing times.... so who knows

looks like December 2016-January -2017 started getting approvals of their I-751, CSC... Don't want to have any  false hopes, but maybe things started moving a little bit , fo Carifornia filers as well?... :)

I still believe  things are getting quicker . Maybe, because  a lot of people filed for N-400, so CSC or VSC doesn't have to be "bothered " with those cases anymore since they have been sent to local offices. ...

Anyway, it was good to see someone who filed in 2017 got an approval from CSC.

Who here has filed N400 online? I spent my Memorial Day reading the USCIS website and filling out the online application form. I was busy but very productive! Just need to complete some evidence and I'll be ready to file in two weeks. Hope to be with you guys in a separate thread of N400 June 2018 filers. It's comforting to see familiar names in the same journey as me. :)
