I received an email today (and I have not emailed them so was surprised) saying my case is still reviewing and there are no updates.  But the date said June 5, 2017 was the last action.  There was no mention of my case moving to local office even though when I check online it says it has been moved on 27 Feb.  This is so frustrating not know what is correct and what is not.

This is the automated inactivity email. You can disable the option under settings otherwise you will get this email every week.

Ah.  Thank you.  But the concern I have is the the "inactivity" as going on my log in, there was activity in February...the case was transferred.  This is giving me the June 2017 date still.

In my situation my email notice which I got at 4:39 am this morning reflected Feb 26.  I'd attach the email but I don't know how.

I;m guess this is good news and I am continuing to believe they did transfer my case to the local office.

Sounds like yours may have done...but maybe mine hasn't.  I'm going to check my log in now so see if that has changed or not.

Who knows?  It's so hard to make sense of anything with immigration.

I filed long, long ago for a K1.....process seemed uncomplicated and timelines seemed reasonable.  I followed the threads faithfully trying to make sense of it all.  Being a mature applicant I got cold feet and cancelled it, got married to the same person, filed I-130 blah, blah, blah and here I am almost 8 years later still trying to figure things out.  I really need to let this 'transfer' thing go and not try to understand it.  Maybe then, things will happen......  :)

I think you are right...doesn't help much trying to figure it out.  When it's approved, it's approved.

Yes,  from the initial K1 til now.  We began in 2010.  I had another username.  Didn't want to cause confusion so when we began the I-130 process I made another account.  It's crazy.

Glad to see some locals here. Let's all keep each other updated. I also follow April filers ( not sure how I ended up there LOL ) and some already are receiving approvals so our time is coming :D What's another month or two...we waited this long

I applied for i751 back in June 2017. Like many of us here, after NOA1, i didn't receive any news or biometric appointment. I decided to take infopass appointment to inquire about my case and also to get the i551 stamp (even though my NOA1 letter doesn't expire till Sept 2018). The officer at USCIS was very helpful and courteous. He scheduled me for the biometric and told me i will receive the appt letter via regular mail. He also stamped by passport with i551. I feel so relieved that some action has been taken for my case. I recommend everyone to get the infopass appointment if you are very curious and anxious (like me) regarding your case.
