If you apply under  "3 years rule", you will need the same things you have submitted for ROC .. So, basically - your ROC package with a period AFTER submission added... That's why I'm making copy of my ROC - at least 2-3 years have been already well organized : )

Oh wow!! So we've got the 2 years covered and will just keep on adding more evidence in the following year! Awesome!! I love love this forum so much!! Keeps me sane hahah!!

Where is the expiration date stated in the form? I checked the website and the downloaded the form with Edition Date 12/23/16 but I couldn't find the expiration date.

I used the forms dated 12/23/2016 as well. Should I go looking for the latest one ? What is the difference ?

Oh thank you for letting me know!! My father in law is already retired (US Navy) so I guess it doesn't apply to me now?

Yes, I think it's only if they are still employed by the government. So you should answer no.

My father in law is retired US Airforce. He now works on the US base in the UK so he's still actively employed by the US government outside the US so I have to answer yes.

Hope this helps

Hello Everyone! I have been working on my ROC packet for a few weeks now and I am right in the middle of my "application window". I hoping to be able to file at the VSC soon.

Good luck to everyone!

Hey guys it's been so long. So I mailed the i175 yesterday and they received it today. Now that am reading through these comments I realized that I didn't put our newborn(5/22/17) on the part it ask for children. I thought it's only for children that are filling also. Also we don't have life insurance together. What do you guys think would happen? [Biting nails)

The consensus seems to be that it is only for children who are filing for adjustment in conjunction with you, so should be fine. Did you include any other mention of your newborn (congrats btw)? There's not really any one type of evidence you have to include, so don't worry about it for now. Worst case they'll ask you for more information.

Thank you :) Yes I did. Birth certificate. Other evidence I included were. Our drivers license(same address).car title.cat insurance.health insurance.flights bookings.hotel reservation's.letter from son school showing both our names as contacts (husband as step-father).credit card statement's.lease.tax 2015&2016( file jointly).cell phone bill account. 30 photos of different events. Pray that was more than enough. Someone told me because we don't have life insurance I would get deny. How true is this?

While nothing is 100% certain, that's total BS.

Agree with piano:)
Don't worry - you are not gonna be denied for not having life insurance. It's YOUR choice - to have it or not. For example, we got it because we have mortgage. And the idea of getting Life Ins. was - if something happens to one of us, another one won't get stuck with a house payment and only one income... But this is not A MUST - to have Life Ins. All up to you.
Some couples keep their financial assets completely separate and still successfully go  through ROC. You should be fine :)
