New manual has been uploaded in USCIS website.

https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual.html

Are any changes/ modification applicable for I-751 applicants ?

I've looked it up... . Unless I've missed something, ;) but so far I don't see any changes/modifications for I-751 applicants..

thank you for sharing :jest:

Just an update: I called USCIS once again, and now I was able to get a person to create a service request for me (just like @Sugar_) and they told me to wait at least 15 days for this to get assigned to an agent, and 30 days to be resolved.

I hope I can get my biometrics appointment soon :)

In case anyone is wondering, here's my latest update from USCIS (I received this via email):

-------------------------

Type of service requested:
 -- Non-Delivery of Other Notice

The status of this service request is:
On July 13, 2017, your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 to notify us that you have not been scheduled for your biometric appointment. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding an appointment to have your biometric images processed at an Application Support Center (ASC).  Please know that your name has been electronically added to the appointment scheduler.  You will receive an ASC Appointment Notice by mail once an appointment date has been established for you.

What You Can Do
* Ensure that we have your current mailing address;
* Verify that you are registered to receive mail at the address you provide to us;
* Follow any instructions in the notice;
* Respond to the notice by the response deadline; and
* Submit any requested information and the original notice with your response.

Reschedule an Appointment
If you missed your biometric appointment or need to reschedule, please follow instructions on the biometric notice to reschedule your appointment. Please note that:

* You must submit a request for rescheduling within 87 days of the date of your appointment;
* You must include the original fingerprint appointment notice; and
* We will not consider requests submitted after 87 days.

Hello all, just an update for those still waiting for their biometrics notice. I received a letter today stating "This notice informs you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics data. USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometrics data as in the past, however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS application support center for a biometrics appointment. The biometrics fee will not be refunded."

I guess this worked out, would've been great if they sent something earlier! The biometrics data USCIS has on file is over 2.5 years old (at least I look nice in the photo they have!).

Good luck to all!

Hi, I've started to add my details to the spreadsheet but I don't have all the dates on my (paperwork at home) so I will finish when I do!  Hope it saves.  But I had my biometrics today (rescheduled twice due to travel).

Since your NOA is July 10, I would suggest you also start following the July i-751 thread, if you haven't already, to see what the current processing times are:

Thank you piano, I received the Appointment Notice on July 22 :)

Hello!

I am checking my case status and one of the receipt numbers says: my case was received, but the other one says: number not recognized. The USCIS chat says that it requires time for it to be updated. Are you experiencing the same?

I just have my Biometrics on August 2.

Reading what sugar said, I also liked my previous photo

I'm glad it helped! You will receive it really fast, trust me. Between sending it all in and biometrics it's all very quick. The real long ( ugh ) wait starts after that. Not sure why it's so long anymore,people say it's a year to get your GC  and I heard it's used to be like 6-8 months. Good luck to you in this long journey! Anticipation is killing me :D

You were right Bella, I received my Appointment Notice on July 22 and my fingerprints on August 2! :)

I had my biometrics appointment today. Drove 2.5 hours one way for a 10 min appointment..my first picture they took was horrible so he did another which was acceptable. We were 2 hours early, I forgot about the 1 hour time change. They graciously let us proceed early. I sat down to fill out the paperwork and they took me right in...

Had mine yesterday too which also only took 10 mins!  Luckily we are 30 mins away.  Sorry you had to go so far.  From reading the rest of the posts - now it's just a waiting game.
