Thanks for the reply. I've been trying to schedule an infopass appointment for a while, every single day it says this: Currently, there are no available appointments. Please check again tomorrow. Please note: USCIS offices in the United States only show available appointments for the next 14 days. Check back tomorrow for new appointment times.

Maybe USCIS just doesn't require me to provide biometric information? I was reading the forums, this has happened in the past (trying to stay positive).

When was the last time you had your biometrics? For me was around June 2015 in my home country, I've heard they dont' ask for biometrics again if you had yours within the last 1 1/2 years, but I'm not sure.

My husband has not received a biometrics letter either - or we completely missed it! His NOA1 date is 6/5/2017 and we had a baby 6/6/2017 so I was not really paying attention to the mail waiting for the biometrics letter.

I am going to have him call today or tomorrow to inquire about this. I hope we didn't miss the appointment letter in the mail!

Hi guys,

I have question for those who are done with their biometrics appointment! How long did it take for the online case tracking system to be updated after the biometrics was done?

I had mine done on the 20th just a little surprised that it hasn't been updated yet!

Thank you!

HI.

I had mine on the 17th, and there are not any updates either...

To be honest - I wouldn't rely on that at all. During my AOS "My case status" has never been updated, for 15 months    and from "On June we received your case..blah-blah" it went straight to "Approved'. Not a word about RFE, transferring the case to a different filed office and etc. ... So, no worries :)

Wow, it's been a while, I had my adjustment of status biometrics on 2015-01-28!

Congratulations on the baby!

They probably just haven't scheduled it yet, in this thread (a few pages back) there are some useful instructions on how to call to set up a service request.

Thank you so much! I'm relieved to hear that! When I was at the AOS stage, the online system was so fast at updating the status for me; that's why I was concerned this time! 😃

My bio appointment was July 7, I had it done on June 26 as walk in, nothing has updated in "My Case Status", nor do I expect anything updated there in next 10 months or so.

Just sit and wait, nothing else we can do :-)

Hello, all! I've been reading through the forums and figured I would jump in. My NOA1 was dated June 8th and I still have not received a biometrics notice. I called USCIS today at +1 800-375-5283 pressed 1, then 2, then 2, then 2 <--- This got me talking to an actual person (don't bother looking your case up with the WAC number, it will say it's not valid and you'll keep going in circles). The representative opened a service request and told me I should be receiving the biometrics notice within 15 days, if not, I will need to call back and provide my service request number so they can look into it further. I hope this helps! Good luck to you all!

In case anyone is wondering, here's my latest update from USCIS (I received this via email):

-------------------------

Type of service requested:
 -- Non-Delivery of Other Notice

The status of this service request is:
On July 13, 2017, your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 to notify us that you have not been scheduled for your biometric appointment. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding an appointment to have your biometric images processed at an Application Support Center (ASC).  Please know that your name has been electronically added to the appointment scheduler.  You will receive an ASC Appointment Notice by mail once an appointment date has been established for you.

What You Can Do
* Ensure that we have your current mailing address;
* Verify that you are registered to receive mail at the address you provide to us;
* Follow any instructions in the notice;
* Respond to the notice by the response deadline; and
* Submit any requested information and the original notice with your response.

Reschedule an Appointment
If you missed your biometric appointment or need to reschedule, please follow instructions on the biometric notice to reschedule your appointment. Please note that:

* You must submit a request for rescheduling within 87 days of the date of your appointment;
* You must include the original fingerprint appointment notice; and
* We will not consider requests submitted after 87 days.
