It seems like most of people here are removing conditions after K1 or K3 visa's. Mine is CR1. A  Anyone here is in the same boat?

Are the processing time the same as K1?  Was just wondering if it's a complete different ball game?

Thank you guys!

This is the i-751 thread for those who filed to remove conditions in June.  Everyone who obtained a greencard through a marriage less than two years old by time of issuance needs to file,  regardless of any previous visa.  That is to say,  we're all in the same boat.

ROC Timeline:

May 31: Package mailed

June 8: NOA1 received, dated June 2

June 27: Biometrics done

Sept 25: Case Status Update Card in Production

Went to my Biometrics appointment today at Philly support center. I got there 20 minutes earlier but didn't have any problems to get it done. The whole process took like 10 minutes max. The staff is very polite and the place is pretty clean, however, I was surprised they don't have any metal detectors at the entrance. Now I am just gonna relax and wait till the next summer for the stress to come back :)

Oh! They do have a sign "APPOINTMENTS ONLY" right on the front door, so I'm not sure if you can do the early walk-in biometrics.

I had mine today as well, only in Indianapolis. Super fast and efficient. I guess the real wait begins now...Still can't believe how long it takes nowadays...

Here is a spread sheet. You can see an average "wait" time, for both - CSC and VSC

Good luck with your immigration journey!!! :)

Thanks for sharing. But I don't see Bella1464's biometric receiving date there. We live in the same state.  As a matter of fact, I don't see any Indiana biometric data there

I had my biometric done today (7/20/2017). My appointment was at 9:00 am.  It took 30 minutes to drive to go there. Oddly enough, my husband and I had to remove our shoes and put all of our stuff in two separate bins and we went through a metal detector. Total approximately time from came in and out from the building that located in downtown Phoenix was about 30 minutes. The biometric took just less than 10 minutes. The Phoenix ASC employee was super nice and friendly.

Thanks for replying. You received the appointment letter today or you did your biometrics today? If you did your biometrics today, then when did you receive the appointment notice?

Sorry, my biometrics appointment was today. I think I received it a week after I received NOA, give or take a day or a two. Don't remember for sure, but it was very very quick. The bad thing is the wait that start after your biometrics. Everything between NOA and biometrics is fast
