And now, they are back on track again. I am hoping to see a mail when I get home tonight.. fingers crossed.. lol..

Congrats to all those who received their Bio metric appointment notice. We are next!!! Lol (Just being positive :) )

My wife is US citizen. After arrival in US, We changed our address one time. I already filled the AR11 online form when I changed the address and also got confirmation of AR11.

Now I am submitting my I-751,

I just read the I-865 must be filed within 30 days of change of address.

For us it is almost 1 and half year.

What should we do :

1 : Can we send now ?

2 : Can we call USCIS ?

Why do you need to send I-865? It is only solely for sponsor for immigrants. Did you get the notification about that? Did you get a sponsor to come here to America?

When you filed for spousal visa, did you get a sponsor for affidavit of support? If yes, then the sponsor has to filed I-865 within 30 days. If your spouse ( in this case that your wife was responsible for affidavit of support) then you don't needed it to send one. It is only if someone besides your spouse also file joint affidavit of support (co-sponsor) to bring you here. Which is they are the one responsible to file I-865, not you or your wife.

Please read the instruction carefully below:

My wife is the sponsor and there parents are co-sponsors. Means 1 sponsor and 2 co-sponsor.

As you said my wife was responsible for affidavit of support and her address has changed, So she don't need to send the I-865 within 30 days ?

there parents are co-sponsors and there living in the same address.

No, she doesn't need to send it. But your co-sponsor should've sent I-865 even if they are living at same place with you and your wife.

Thank you all.

Filed I-865.

Please check the sequence after receiving CR1 for 2 years :

1: File AR11 (If address change by petitioner)

2: File I-865 (If address change by Sponsor)

3: File I-751 (90 days before GC expire).

Please let us know, If we miss something…
