That's just crazy! That long of a wait...And I know exactly how it feels with DMV, been there, done that

Let's hope my ROC will be a little faster :D If I won't hear anything in about 5 months, I'm calling them to remind about myself ;)

According to USCIS website the current processing time for I-751 is 12-13 months for CSC, and 13-14  - for VSC. I guess  it means we can not inquire our cases status in 5 months-6.. Actually , we can, of course, :) but the answer will be "wait.. you are within of normal processing time"...

Yeah,  i wonder whether it matters that mine is still in my maiden name

I don't think it matters.. USCIS has both names in the system anyway, besides - a lot of people didn't get their last names changed in the passports and still got a 551 stamp.

Well, Google is not always a "reliable source" :) , but as much as I read - only valid passport has been mentioned. Nothing about that the last name must match in the documents, issued by USCIS and in an individual's passport.

You should be fine. And I do really hope our ROCs will get approval withing a year... Well, there is always a HOPE :)

How is that possible? I sent my documents through UPS too and they told me they couldn't guarantee a delivery day since it was handled by USPS. I think I paid like $8 dollars for priority delivery, that's all I could get from UPS.

Watch USPS carefully. My 1st package was opened and said "delivered" but it wasn't. It was loose in the mail, and someone found my application and mailed it to Houston USCIS, they in turn mailed it to CSC, and CSC rejected our package because there was no money. All the time USPS said it was delivered to CSC. We don't know if our evidence was taken by a USPS employee, or if it is floating around somewhere. Had to send a second package. This time with signature confirmation.

CSC is a PO Box address however Vermont changed their address recently and it is no longer a PO Box address.

Mrs_Lyds... I sent my package on a Friday afternoon through USPS priority express in a priority express box and it arrived the next day, but not sure if I was just a lucky one. Hope yours gets there soon

To those who sent form I-171 removal of condition. On Part 5. Information About Your Children
List All Your Children. Does this mean i need to include my son here? I have 18months old baby and he was born here and is US citizen. I'm just confused if i should include him or what not.  I need some clarification on this. Thank you in advance.

@Mrs_Lyds all P.O . Box addresses were owned by USPS, other third party courier like UPS and FedEx don't have access to that facility so it will be pointless if you guys use third party courier.
