Submitted mine in 6/23, and USCIS California received in 6/25. Check cashed today, looking forward for my NOA1.

I hope these evidences are enough:

  • Copy of a birth certificate of our 10 month old son
  • Copy of a Certificate of Deed of our home recently purchased under both our names
  • Copy of our two car insurance notices under both our names
  • Copy of 2016 Tax statement, us Filing Jointly
  • Copy of Bank Statement on a joint account
  • Copy of Sam’s Club and Costco cards on a joint account
  • Copy of Best Buy Credit Card under both our names

I missed the sworn statement/affidavit by three people attesting to our relationship. Will I receive an RFE for this?

You will be fine. Affidavit or sworn statements are just complimentary. You needed it when you don't have  any strong evidence. If you read the requirements,  there is no any mention of affidavit or sworn statements from family or friends.

Most important is documents that are produced under both names of you and your spouse. Especially like deed or house ownership that signed by official of county, tax returns by federal government and a child born during the marriage. Those are strong evidence showing your marriage is real. Logically, who wants to share house worth thousand hundreds of dollars and having a baby if the marriage only for immigration purposes?

For people who sent their package to the VSC, how long after they received it did they cash the check?

There is a spreadsheet here on this thread showing the average times both for CSC and VSC. You can also added yours as well.

I did, but I didn't see mention of the checks being cashed on the spreadsheet. I might have missed it though. I'll go back and check. Thank you :)

Take a look under VSC and it is on column 12 (G).

Weird enough. I signed up for My USPS and it didn't show my mail regarding my NOA-1. Instead, they only scanned a few junk mails, lol. Anyway, I received my NOA-1 today (6/28//2017) with receipt date (6/23/2017). I sent my package last week (6/21/2017). Check cashed yesterday (6/27/2017).

Note: on the spreadsheet for CSC, I didn't see NOA-1 date for the applicants there while VSC column has it.

I checked the spreadsheet again and thank you for added another columns. The spreadsheet will help people in the future application to see the patterns. Thank you again.

Congrats!! ;)

it takes about 2-3 weeks to get a biometric appointment, for CSC, and a little longer for VSC.

As for getting a green card... Due to a dependent on my I-751 I had to call to USCIS Customer Service 2 days ago and I was transferred to Immigration Officer to talk with. The lady said it used to be 6-8 months, sometimes 10. But not anymore. It takes at least a year, currently...

So seems like we are having a looooong ride.  I think, some of us, probably, will get their N-400 biometric done before hearing a word about ROC :)

Here is spreadsheet. You can see a timeline  for both Service Centers.
