I have such a headache, I try since early in the morning to find out how to do the paperwork. K1 was way easier than this mess.

So.. to confirm , I need to print the bank statements from the day my husband added me to the account correct? To show the transactions we had together. He added me to the accounts though months after the wedding, I wasn't working for about a year, he was paying for everything.

I would print statements from the date you were added to the account, unless your name appears on the statements prior to that in the transaction list somewhere.

Please feel free to ask anything you are struggling with on here and I'm sure people who have already filed can help you. I did a lot of research on Visa Journey before mailing. I had a headache too made me feel quite ill by the end of it, sad what we have to go through.

Keep smiling :D

Did u do the same for the credit cards too ??

For credit cards, I only printed the statements every three months from the date of the wedding until now. Hopefully, that will be enough.

I only put in about 4 per year for credit cards because I'm just a card holder and both names don't show on the statements.

on mobile i can only go back as january 2016. we are together on the account since 2014 thought. i called them and they said they can send me a 2014 bill , and it will take 5-10 business. What should I do? I think is pointless to wait so many days for just one bill. I printed all the bills though from 2016 till today

How many days are you into your 90 day timeframe?

They want to see evidence from the date of your marriage in joint names so if you were married in 2014 I would wait for the bills. Or you could send it without them and then wait to see if they RFE and then you can send them.

I think I would request more than just one bill for 2014-2016 because USCIS will probably want to see at least quarterly bills.

Yeah my deadline was September too. I felt the same couldn't wait to send it and relax. But think about doing more paperwork for the RFE best to get as much done this time to avoid more hassle further down the line.

Also, when I calling companies to send bills etc I would ring again in a few days to make sure they have actioned the request.

It is worth wait, Hun! Lol.

I haven't visited my Facebook yet since last month. I have had a lot things to do beside gathering all the green card stuff. My early filing actually was on April 10th. But I need to read a lot before sending them out. The only things my husband did just have signed the form and wrote the check, lol.

I was lucky as currently I don't work. I don't know how people who work managed to find the time to get this pack done I was busy everyday with it. I found the taxscripts came quicker when I called for them instead of ordering them online.

Yeah I would take your time I mean we have to wait a year for it to be approved so what's another couple of weeks.

$5 a bill is ridiculous. This whole visa process is a money pit

Anyone pls help....I intended to mail my I-751 tax return evidence using the Tax Return Transcripts from IRS but instead I've sent "Account Transcripts". I just realized I've made that boo-boo while putting away the leftover stuff from I-751 filing today. Will this cause me an RFE??? 🙁. I can't believe I made that mistake.

Pls anyone re this matter?

T-Mobile is going to charge us $5 for each bill from 2014 😂😂 they are cruel

We also have T-mobile. But my husband has online account and showing all the bills. The thing is that I didn't have to print those. The evidence that I put were house ownership (house deed) we bought together (with his money of course, lol), life insurance policy with my name on it as the only beneficiary, filing jointly tax return, pictures, emails from his mom, my dependent card of USCG showing I'm under his health insurance plan.

Honestly, after seeing all people packages put together, our was nothing.
