Since each case is unique with evidence submitted, how much evidence from the petitioner's side needs to be submited?  We have a ton of co-mingling of assets from USC side and our file is easily close to 3 inches thick already.  I don't believe in overkill so how much do I need to show from my side, the petitioner, that my assets are also co-mingled?  A lot, a little, everything? I'm getting close to being done with all this prepping and frankly would rather be outside playing.  :goofy:

Survey says......

Which method have you chosen to send your package?  USPS (expedited, priority, etc), Fed Ex, UPS, etc?  Reading how some have not heard anything has me thinking about how I'm sending mine.

I sent mine through USPS Priority and it took two days for my package to arrive.

So I was reading the NOA1 and the Petioner name that appears is mine, is that how is supposed to be? I thought the petitioner was always the US Citizen. Is this correct?

Not in this case. you are the petitioner asking to have your conditions removed.

ROC Timeline:

May 31: Package mailed

June 8: NOA1 received, dated June 2

June 27: Biometrics done

Sept 25: Case Status Update Card in Production

I sent mine yesterday Priority Express in one of the priority express boxes. I also requested it signed for and to have a signed for return sent to me in the mail. It cost about $65 but was worth it for peace of mind. It has been signed for and delivered today.

I also bubble wrapped mine tight in the box because mail workers throw mail around.

Hope this helps :D

Hey guys,

My question: Is there away to know if a "Cashier's check" that I have sent is cleared? All I can see on the Bank acct is that the money is secured (gone) the day I requested the cashiers check! I wish I sent a personal check but in the first process of AOS we also did CC so we thought we would do it again! :-/

 Thanks!

There is no way to tack a cashier check because they pull the money when they make it.

I sent a cashier check and I got my NOA 5 days later.

Thank you! And good luck!

One more Q (I asked it earlier but no one replied) is the MSC/ receipt number on your current NOA same as the one on the back of your conditional GC (on the gold area)?
