Well, I guess it's time to start building more evidence, even though we been living together for a few years now, we had most of our financial responsibilities separated but still together (Example: I would pay some bills on my name, they will pay theirs, etc).

Thank you!! Makes me feel a little better :)

Just don't feel comfortable when it says "status not available".

 

I should probably stop checking their website every 5 minutes.... till tomorrow :)

The USPS tracking was weird for the last 2 days. Sometimes I couldn't even get to the tracking page. Don't worry! My update was stuck for a day at some point and then it went straight to Delivered.

May 6, 2020 NOA was sent to me. Estimated case completion time December 2020 (7 months)

May 11, 2020 A hard copy of NOA was received

December 22, 2020 Biometric reuse notice was issued

December 31, 2020 A hard copy of the biometric reuse notice was received

February 4, 2021 Received an update online that the interview is scheduled for March 16th

February 8, 2021 A hard copy of the interview letter was received

March 16, 2021 The interview was completed successfully

My check still has not been cashed. However CSC received the packet June 5th. Everyone that mailed their packet the beginning of the month has heard something either by check being cashed or NOA.

 

What is weird is that I had a missed call at 1:42pm. When I call the number back, it has a recorded message that I says I have reached the Houston District office of Citizenship and Immigration in Houston. It says to call the toll free number for case status.

 

When I do a reverse directory on the phone number, it shows it listed to a miscellaneous manufacturing company. do you think I have anything to worry about? Or do you think its some type of scam?

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

Received my NOA letter in the mail today June 15 with receipt date June 12. Mailed my package on June 10. :jest:

 

Now I have to wait for my biometrics appointment.

Hello everyone

As with all its that time again we will be sending our packet next week as we continue this journey nice to see some old names and looking forward to getting to know some new, we are hoping this goes much smoother, since the AOS we have bought a home two cars after she got her DL and my heart is still beating after teaching her and of course did the Husband/Wife thing and racked up credit card debt, I have seen all the questions and it great to know this site will get us all through this good luck to all and thank you VJ

Well, my package is in the system!!! Joy!!! It showed up early morning today.  Yes, it was the first thing I've done today - checked  the track # :D  

 

Now just praying it was delivered in 'original" shape!! I wish we could receive some kind of "photo proof" .. after our boxes are delivered to USCIS!! :D

Do you know when we should receive the extension letter for 1 year? Or is that something that we need to request too?

Thank God - NO!! ;) This wait is bad enough anyway - package delivered or not,  check  cashed or not.. accepted or rejected, biometric appointment, when wait when someone "alive" gets to your case... I cannot imagine, waiting for one more thing :)  So, yes, NOA1 is "two-in- one" -acknowledgment your case is accepted and green card is extended ;)

10/16/14 - Acceptance confirmation text messages/emails received (Day 10)
10/20/14 - Hardcopy NOA's for all forms (Day 14)
10/23/14 - Biometrics letter received in the mail - Appointment November 5 (Day 17)
11/05/14 - Biometrics done! (Day 30)
02/05/15 - EAD/AP Approved/ Card in Production

02/13/15 - EAD/AP Combo Received

08/07/15 - Interview notice was mailed to me (interview set for 9/10)

08/10/15 - Interview notice in mail (interview set for 7:00 am)

9/10/15 - Interview

9/10/15 - Card in Production email notice.
